Can I replace my iPhone 5 under warranty with a faulty battery?

I have had my phone for about 9 months and recently the battery has become faulty. It turns off and wants to be charged at 20% and then when i plug it in to charge it says it has 30-50% charge and it's really frustrating me! It also freezes sometimes. Cord will not work with charger or computer. This is the same one that came with my iphone 5 and I still have my one year warranty. Where do I have to go and submit a claim? I've tried online and always get an error when I try submitting it.
