So earlier today i dropped my phone and it cracked. But before that I had an unrelated/ ongoing problem. My led light wouldnt work and I wouldnt know if i got a text message unless i unlocked it. So do i have to pay for the cracked screen or could i just get the whole phone replaced entirely for no charge.

I have just bought an iPhone 5 and registered it. My old ,now redundant 3Gs shows both old and new phones on the storage and back-up pages of iCloud.
What do I have to do to move the storage from the old phone to the new? Both will have the same id and passwords.
Any help appreciated.

I am a subcscriber to iTunes Match and turned it on.
I tried to sync my movies to my phone and got this message.
What should I do? What does it mean.

We are not trying to recover anything. My wife's old phone synced perfectly fine with this iTunes library (and my phones always have). The question is why can she all of the sudden not sync with this library. She has never been synced with a different iTunes library (for instance, on another computer), so there seems to be a problem with either iTunes reading the phone or with her phone. My phone does not have this problem and syncs just fine with this iTunes library.
If the answer is that iTunes (or the phone) has a problem and the above is the only way to fix it, then I guess it is what it is. Just seems silly given that her old phone synced without issue.

again a bug in the iOS6 update! Steve would not allow it! When this time it will be fixed? The battery is dying before our eyes!
I have 5 phones under me.
I purchased the Iphone 5 under my number with the AppleCare. Unfortunately a few months later I wanted another phone. I switched the Iphone 5's phone number to another family member.
Did I lose the AppleCare at that point?
Now this family member with the Iphone 5 wants another phone, and we want to give the Iphone 5 to another family member.
Question: Is there a possibility I still have the AppleCare (I did not call Apple at the time) and can cancel the AppleCare and get it prorated since I made one transfer which the Terms state one can do? Like most people, I didn't read the Terms. =(
or...did I lose the AppleCare once I transferred the number? I did inquire at the time, and the phone company stated I could do it...so I did...
Thanks for any advice. Just seeing if I can salvage the cost I put into AppleCare into this one phone that never left the original address...just the phone number was switched.
