Is there any possible way I can transfer my music and photos from my iPhone to my now new iTunes which has nothing on it.

 

I dont want to lose my photos or music.

How do I restore photos from iPhone 5 without backup

I accidentally restored my phone and I lost all my contacts, photos, and old texts. I didnt back anything up and I was wondering if theres a way to get in to the hard drive of the phone in order to retrieve the lost data. How do I sync my photos from iPhoto to my camera roll

I recently got a new iphone so I need to transfer my photos from my old iphone to my new one. I want them to be in my camera roll not in a saved album/photo library. How do i sync them into the camera roll? I only have a Mac so I use iPhoto to sync photos from my phone. I can't email myself these pictures because there are over 2000 pictures on my old phone.
