My new iPhone 5 is connected to our Exchange acccount. Push email does not seem to be working on it. I have to go into the email app and refresh in order to receive new emails. Before on mi 4S it worked flawlessly. I've deleted my exchange account, re-added it, disabled LTE, etc... Seems like push is not working at all I have to manually update it.
My both itunes and Iphone5 are updated. Itunes works fine but once I try to sync music to my iphone, i receive a message on my screen that says "Itunes stop working". Itunes will recognize my iphone but i stops working once i press sync. I tried it on my moms computer and backed it up and it works just find. I can not backup nor sync my iphone. i deleted itunes and reinstilled it and still the same thing happened.
Well, just so recently my iPhone 5 charger had stopped working , it doesn't recharge at all..
I thought it was dust in my phone, but it's not..
So I wanted to know the whole process to exchange my charger,
my warranty did not expire yet , but I'm pretty new when it comes to my phone..
Do I just go to any Apple store and ask for an exchange in my charger?
What do I need to bring (if anything)??
What do I ask for?
How does the process go?
( Sorry if this question seems stupid, I'm just looking for a very descriptive answer to specific questions)

Hi Recently my iPod Touch (4th Gen) is not recognized by iTunes or ' My Computer' on my PC it was synced fine previously. I have tried to get an update via a Wi Fi network but this timed out... How can I get it recognized by cable?

Ok so this is a lot easier to show people than to explain it via typing, but basically the area to the left of my home button (the blank area that is not a part of the touch screen) is now functioning exactly the same as my home button does. Press it, even lightly, and it closes apps, opens the menu, it has become a perfectly functioning home button, which is extremely annoying. My actual home button still works fine. I have only had my phone since last Christmas (so about 6 months). Also, Siri has taken to turning on randomly, literally even if it's just sitting beside me completely untouched, it will turn itself on at random times. So yeah. Any advice, other than taking it back to Apple and hoping they will replace it on warranty?
Hi there, mi iphone doesn't work, is really dead. But is a hardware problem, so i want to send my device to an apple service in USA, still has warranty and perhaps I change the device. I live in paraguay, and here we dont have official service. What can i do?
my iphone 5 recently had its battery replaced coz it had died.and after a week, it overheated when i was watching utube vids. The battery was at 50%,i let it cool and fell asleep. nxt morning it wouldnt turn on and i have tried the sleep?wake button and home button , but that was not good. ive also tried dfu mode, no luck. i also charged it for around 2 hours and still no luck.
but surely the battery shouldnt be the problem when the baterry was replaced excatly a week ago.
