My uncle's iphone 5s can't find carrier service suddenly after 1 month of using

Hello

 

My unclo bought an iPhone 5s gold recently

 

after one month of using, suddnely the carrier service dissapeard.

 

When the Sim Card inserted, it just says looking for service without finding.

 

The problem is, we don't any apple stores in Erbil/Iraq so we are clueless now

 

Any sort of help would be appreciated
