If the iPhone 5's recent availability has recently become 2 weeks, does that mean that my order will come earlier too (ordered the 4th of November)?

The whole thing is pretty confusing, considering that even one of my friends has ordered only a day ago and will probably end up getting his phone around the same time also which is rather questionnable.
