My iOS 7 update is awesome, but when I plugged into my projector this morning, it wouldn't mirror. Suggestions? Ideas?

How to setup Gmail on iOS 7 so you only view a certain amount of recent emails in your inbox?
In iOS 6 you could set gmail to view only the newest 50 emails. In iOS 7 I cannot find this feature and really need it because I have almost 4000 emails that are showing up just for gmail and I only need to know the newest 50. Has anyone came across a setting to fix this issue? Or does Apple need to fix another bug?
I want to know who designed sounds like the unlocking, message sending or camera sounds in the iPhone, any built-in sounds.

I'm researching product related sounds and am interested in sounds of the iphone. This relates any sounds meant to provide orientation: unlocking of the phone, sending a text message, using the camera/ taking a picture etc etc. So any sounds that were designed by Apple to be part of the product experience, NOT sounds by individually downloaded apps. Does anyone know where I can find out more about WHO was involved in this, any ongoing discussions, articles, interviews, publications, user experience surveys etc.?

I've had my iPhone 5 for about 2 weeks and today I've found a crack not on the corner but starting from one of the sides going straight through the middle I don't know how it happend and I want to know if its a fault and if I can get my screen repaired free of charge

Is there a fix for iOS7 and Exchange accounts? None of our exchange accounts are working on our iPhones that have been updated to the most recent iOS7.

How to change phone extensions from "x" to ","
My company is deploying iPhone 5's to all smartphone users within the company. Before using the iPhones, we were using BlackBerry. On the BlackBerry, extensions were listed with an "x" for the extensions, whereas the iPhone needs an ",", for example:
Doesn't work on iPhone = 989-123-4567 x 123
Works on iPhone = 989-123-4567,123
All contacts from within Outlook sync to our iPhones. We have fixed the global address list (comes from Active Directory), however, all user-inputted contacts still have "x" within their extensions, resulting in iPhone users unable to call people with extensions. An example is a vendor outside the company.
Is there a way we can automatically change all contacts on the iPhone to use "," instead of "x" for extensions? The only ways we figured out how to do so include: 1) Manually export all contacts (.csv) & import into excel, manually changing every contact. 2) Manually change every contact within iPhone/Outlook.
Been told this question is more suited for a Microsoft/Outlook forum. However, wanted to post it in the business forum before going down that route. Being that this is most likely a common issue for other companies as well, figured I'm sure someone out there has experienced this before. If anyone has some suggestions or help, please let me know. I'm sure this has been an issue for other companies in the past as well.

On iOS 6 i did have search option in email,so i could search by subject,sender etc,and this was very helpful,and now in iOS7 i dont have it anymore :/

When are you applicable to get a replacement for an iphone 5?
I got my iphone 5 about 7 months ago and I have a 1 year warranty on it.
It's been a while and my phone has been starting to act up in ways of:
- The lock button not working unless pressed hard on the left side
- When i'm typing a message the screen tends to freeze (I tried deleting things because i thought it was caused by the lack of memory, i turned my phone on and off, but it still happend.
- It's stuck on headphones mode for a week now and i've tried everything like sucking and blowing it, inserting and taking out the headphones, turned off/on my phone, tried cleaning it with tissue & cotton swabs.
- I dropped my phone twice and there is a crack on the side (i know that it cant be replace because of that) BUT it seems like the crack is getting bigger and there is debris or something going under the glass and i'm not sure how to take it off.
How can you get a replacement online? I'm kind of scared of going to the Apple Store.
If there is no possible way of getting a replacement is there somewhere i cant get my phone fixed?
Mail in iOS 7 limited to just 7 days
after upgrading to ios 7, exchange emails are limited to just 1 week. Even if i create the profile with config util to be unlimited after the first mail sync it reverts to just 7 days of emails.
Problems with receiving mail with IOS 7 and Office 365
With IOS7 i can't receive mail with my Office 365 account. I can send mail but i get errors like "autentfication error" and "can't connect to exchange". I spoke with Microsoft and after testing the solutions with them, they believe that it's something wrong with the IOS7 version. Does someone else have this problem? Or know an solution for this?

iPhone4 shuts off at 29% 30% battery remaining

I have an iPhone4 around a year old running iOS 4.3.3.
I don't know when this problem started... I usually charge before hitting 30% battery. Of course the one time I need to use the phone for an emergency and don't have a charger handy I have a problem
At 29% battery the phone will shut itself off and show the charge screen. If I do a hard reset the phone will come on... boot up... then turn itself off again.
If I charge the phone to 30-31% it will work perfectly fine until it hits 29%. I've repeated this a dozen times to make sure.
I've tried everything I can think of to try to fix this problem. I can't really find anyone else with the exact same problem.

I have an iPhone 5 and I cant seem to get it to switch on! I have never had this problem before, the only problem I have had is where I would have it on charge and it would go off and on charge multiple times before it starts to actual charge.
My phone is now on charge and still will not switch on, I have tried what it says online to reset the phone although no luck, the icon to say the phone needs charging flicked up for a second before turning back to the black screen.
4 of my family members all have iPhone 5's and so I have used all of their USB's and still no luck, I have had it plugged into the wall, my Macbook, my Dad's Macbook and still nothing.
Has this happened to anybody before? Or does anybody know of any solutions.

My iPhone has a red spot on the camera. I read that there is a common trouble, and Apple just change the iPhone for a new one.
But the problem is that the model is from Europe.
I'm going to visit NY on this Christmas, and I'm not from Europe and can't travel to make a repair.

iPhone 5 Power Button flaky since upgrade to iOS 7
I never had any issues with the power/sleep button on my iPhone 5 in the past. However, immediately after upgrading to iOS 7 I started having issues with the button not responding very well. It can take numerous presses to get it to work, or sometimes it just works on the first try. I have updated to the latest 7.0.1 and 7.0.2 but with no change in behavior. I am fairly certain that there is some sort of issue or bug with iOS 7, and that it is not a hardware issue.
Has anyone else come across this problem, and if so, was there anything found that could possibly fix it (aside from restoring an old backup of the phone before it was upgraded to iOS7)?
Iphone 5 Screen cracked and another unrelated problem.
So earlier today i dropped my phone and it cracked. But before that I had an unrelated/ ongoing problem. My led light wouldnt work and I wouldnt know if i got a text message unless i unlocked it. So do i have to pay for the cracked screen or could i just get the whole phone replaced entirely for no charge.

iPhone 5 battery life is way worse than iPhone 4
I just got an iphone 5 and I restored a backup from my iPhone 4 so I have the same settings. But the iphone 5 drains way faster than my two year old very well used iPhone 4 which is running 5.1.1. Is it because of IOS 6? Just leaving it sitting overnight lost about half the battery. My iPhone 4 hardly uses any battery while it sits overnight.
Or do I have a bad battery on my new phone?

Vibrate not working at all with iOS7
I updated to iOS7 the day it came out and thought all was going fine but only now, I'm realizing that the vibrate feature hasn't worked once since.
Prevoiusly, I just thought that it doesn't vibrate when my phone is plugged in (when I'd receive text messages) but it just dawned on me that it hasn't vibrated at all since. When I switch from Normal mode to Silent mode, no vibration. When I go to settings and try out the different Vibrate modes, I feel nothing. My phone doesn't vibrate when I plug it into my laptop as well. I'm wondering something happened between when I upgraded to iOS7?
Is there any way to troubleshoot this problem?
I just reset my iPhone today (all content and settings) and restored it to a recent backup but still the same issue.
Do you think I should just take it to an Apple Specialist at the Apple Store?

iPhone 5 bad call voice quality
Got the new iPhone 5 and have bad phone call quality. The recipient of the call seems to be able to hear me ok, but their voice either isn't there or drops out or sounds grainy like when you have bad cell reception. Many times, the calls have just not connected. I know that that my cell reception and the recipients cell reception were excellent. This has occured when calling other cell phones, land lines, and toll free numbers. Anyone else having this issue? Have an appointment at Apple tomorrow morning to see what they think.

iPhone 5 - Lock Button issue

Well, this is dissapointing. I first noticed an issue a few weeks ago around the same time 1 year elapsed since purchasing the phone (wooo 1 year anniversary...). It started with the button being less responsive. A little "tap" would no longer suffice; it made it's way into a "press". Fast forward today and it's made it's debut into more of a "slam". Would just like to say my iPhone 5's lock button is completely paralyzed from the wiiiiindooooww to the walll (well actually from the right side to the middle). I now have to contort my index finger and angle my nail 60 degrees from the top bezel while applying Hulk-like pressure just to activate the simple function of powering on and off my phone. I am beyond dumbfounded how this could happen to me, the multi-layered Otterbox did an immaculate job protecting my virginity, but did it fail me on my phone? After doing some research I've realized this problem was beyond my control and this is a pretty plain issue of just faulty design. Question to all plagued with this problem: Whats Apple's stance on this? Will they fix it off warranty? What are my options besides AssistiveTouch?
I will give Apple a buzz through e-mail and phone tomorrow and report back here. However, I refuse to pay $269 for a problem this common. Especially since i've used a military-grade-construction-durable Otterbox which practically made me look like im texting people on a DynaTAC.
But for now it's a betting game, what will break first? My iron deficient nail or my iPhone 5 lock screen button completely? My money is on the button.
