My unclo bought an iPhone 5s gold recently
after one month of using, suddnely the carrier service dissapeard.
When the Sim Card inserted, it just says looking for service without finding.
The problem is, we don't any apple stores in Erbil/Iraq so we are clueless now

Help please. My dad has an iPhone 5 and has been using it several months but never synced it to any computer. Now I want to sync it to my MacBook to have it backed up. When I connect it, iTunes asks me if i want to set it up as a new iPhone or restore from a previous backup (i have backups for my iPad and iPhone). What should I do to back it up to my computer without deleting any data from his iPhone? Thanks in advance.
Have iphone5 & ipad 3 with Outlook Exchange 2003 emails. Random emails aren't delivered to my IOS devices but appear on my PC. Emails have no attachments nor am i Using any filters. Is there a fix?

I have an Iphone 5, when I make a call i hear a pulsing, buzzing noise. Has anyone had this issue? It is getting really annoying and I want to make sure it is a hardware issue and not a software issue before I make an appointment with apple. (software version 6.0.2) Please help
Have a Windows 7 machine with terabytes of HDD space and 8 Gigs RAM. Two iTunes libraries (mine and my wife's with about 10% file overlap). Two iPhone 5s (iOS 6.0.2), 1 iPad 2 (iOS 6.0.1), 1 iPad 3 (iOS 5.1.1), and a jailbroken iPhone 3GS 32 GB that we've converted to an iPod essentially (iOS 3. something--not willing to update given the historically bad performance of the new iOS on the 3GS). Running iTunes 10 (also not willing to update to 11 after reading reviews).
I get multiple errors in both libraries with lots of popup boxes saying devices cannot connect, be properly identified, or sync, etc. Disconnecting and reconnecting via cable is marginally better (more so with the 3GS less with the iPads).
I'd like to be able to link certain devices to certain libaries (i.e. my iPhone5 and iPad3 with my library and my wife's iPhone5, iPad2, iPhone 3GS with her library). Instead it seems the wrong devices always show up or none at all.
Any suggestions would be most welcome. I have a moderately high level of tech expertise, so if there are scripts or hacks to be written/run I wouldn't be shy about trying them. Also would consider an iTunes alternative given that Apple isn't interested in supporting users with massive music libraries who need powerful databases as opposed to the dumbed down stuff they are trying to push in 11.

Went to a picture in my Camera Roll on iPhone and uploaded to Facebook via the share button. The picture was nowhere to be seen on my timeline or on my profile. I tried multiple times with no luck. Upon closer look, the pictures I uploaded WERE in my "IOS Photos" album. So they made it to Facebook, however, they were nowhere to be seen on my profile or timeline. I then tried uploading directly to my timeline by opening up the Facebook App and that worked as expected. I've seen problems out there where users can't upload photos from iPhone to Facebook because their Privacy settings were turned OFF but that is not the case with mine. Much appreciated if anyone can help me out.

I recently got the iPhone 5 and love it. I bought a really cute case with chrome sides. I didn't think it was real metal, but rather plastic with a silver coating. When I use the case, the wifi doesn't work. I love the case so much, does anyone know ANY way to fix this problem??

Does iPhone 5's screen scratch easily with normal use? I'm really careful with my Apple products, but I don't want to have scratches on my screen.
Length of Lightning cable? The iPhone5 lightning cable if really short. Can I extend the length of the cable by using a USB extension cable? Thanks.
