cannot transfer music form iTunes library to iphone

I added some more music to my iTunes from several cd's that I purchased.  I am trying to copy them to my iphone, but I get the internation "not allowed" symbol.  What is going on?  My iPhone is authorized to this computer.

I upgraded from an Iphone4 to Iphone5 and all my music transfered over via ICloud.  However, the playlists on my phone do not have all the songs that they should.  The accurate playlists are on my mac but I can't get them on the phone.  Any ideas?

I just got a new iPhone 5 and have already set it up as a new iPhone so I could update the software to be ale to transfer my old phone's backup onto it.

How do you transfer a playlist to iphone on iTunes 11?

I personally think the new updated looks good but is not very user friendly.  All I want to do is transfer a new playlist to my iPhone 5 on iTunes 11.  Seems simple but I have not figured it out yet.  I use to just drag my playlist onto my iPhone and it would transfer.  Thanks!
