iPhone5 bluetooth not working

I have a pair of Plantronic Backbeat 903+ headphones, they have worked fine on my iPhone 4 since I purchased them. I recieved my new iPhone 5 on Friday and after going through the usual set up they just don't work. I know how to pair them up with my iphone as it's just the same as my last. If there's a new version of Bluetooth then that's all good but surely it must be backwards compatible.

I've tried turning bluetooth off on my iphone, turning my headphones on and putting them in pairing mode, then turning bluetooth on on my iphone..... Nothing. Then all the combinations possible to get them to pair.... Nothing.

I'm pretty sure it's not me but this seems far too big a deal for Apple to mess up on. (Let's not mention maps)

Please help me anyone???

I just updated to iOS 6.1 today evening and in a few hours the ringer stopped working.

I have tried all of below

1. Check mute button,

2. Soft reset

3. Hard reset.

Nothing works. Suddenly when a call comes it will ring once and stop.

No keyboards clicks, cant hear music either.

When i put the call on speaker mode it doesnt work either.

Vibrate not working at all with iOS7

I updated to iOS7 the day it came out and thought all was going fine but only now, I'm realizing that the vibrate feature hasn't worked once since.

 

Prevoiusly, I just thought that it doesn't vibrate when my phone is plugged in (when I'd receive text messages) but it just dawned on me that it hasn't vibrated at all since. When I switch from Normal mode to Silent mode, no vibration. When I go to settings and try out the different Vibrate modes, I feel nothing. My phone doesn't vibrate when I plug it into my laptop as well. I'm wondering something happened between when I upgraded to iOS7?

 

Is there any way to troubleshoot this problem?

 

I just reset my iPhone today (all content and settings) and restored it to a recent backup but still the same issue.

 

Do you think I should just take it to an Apple Specialist at the Apple Store?

iPhone 5 ring/silent switch not working.

Found youtube video showing ring/silent switch does not stay on silent when it is switched to silent on iPhone 5.  Gently touching the switch makes it go from ring to silent when in silent mode.  Anyone else having this issue?  youTube video comment made it sound like Apple support confirmed this was a quality issue but support said they had not heard of it when I called.

Why is my camera not working, either the shutter stays closed, or the screen stays black and none of the option buttons work

My camera is currently not working, the shutter will not open correctly. If it does open the screen stays black and the buttons on the screen are not accessible. I have tried hard boots, restarting removing all apps that utilize the camera. Checked the settings for restrictions. I would greatly appreciate some support in correcting what seems to be a epic fail on my week old iPhone 5.

iPhone 5 Microphone not working?

Hi everyone,

    I got my new iPhone 5 yesterday in the mail and after I finished setting it up I called my husband only to find out he couldn't hear me.  I tried recording a voicememo and the sound was so low I could barely makeout what I said.  I removed the cover I had bought and the results remained unchanged, did a hard reset, nothing.  Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a way to fix this? I would be really upset to have to wait 2 to 3 weeks to get a new working phone!

Iphone 5 charger not working?

Hello, my iphone 5 charger recently started doing the thing it does where if you have it at one angle, it will charge, but if you move it, it stops charging. I've read a lot about this and know that it's a thing that happens to basically all Apple users. It has completely stopped working all together and I need a new charger quick! I live NO where near an Apple store, so I can't bring it in and trade out or buy a new one.. So can I bring my old one to my carrier and trade in? Or just buy a whole new one? I don't have a phone to call the store,  1)Business hours are over right now 2)My phone is dead! I'm going to stop by tomorrow but I'd like to know before-hand so I don't walk in like a crazy person trying to buy a charger when I can't even buy one! If you have ever done this, please tell me what to do! And if not, where can I get a not-cheap one. (They're basically all cheap with this rate of damage) but you know what i mean!!

Hey Fellow Apple Users,

As the title of my discussion suggests, yes my iPhone5 charger has stopped functioning properly in fact it's stopped working altogether! I tried different ways to solve the problem ie different sockets to charge the iPhone 5, changing the adapter, plugging the cable into my laptop. To all of which were no success. I would like some tips on how to handle this query!

iPhone 5 receiver suddenly stopped working

I have reset m iPhone 5, restarted and the receiver still does not work. I cannot hear people I call or call me. The headphones work and speaker works however no receiver, I've tried unplugging the headset and reinserting to no avail.
