A black spot appears on my screen when I'm on the camera apps . Help
My camera is currently not working, the shutter will not open correctly. If it does open the screen stays black and the buttons on the screen are not accessible. I have tried hard boots, restarting removing all apps that utilize the camera. Checked the settings for restrictions. I would greatly appreciate some support in correcting what seems to be a epic fail on my week old iPhone 5.
I have an iPhone 5. I got it last Monday April 15th. I got the black one. After the first day I noticed there was a small yellowish spot in the top left corner of the screen. It hasn't went away. Today I am going to call apple to try and get a replacement since its still so very new. But I am also wanting to switch to the white iPhone 5. Because I want it to match my ipad. And because I don't like the black as good as I thought I would. Do you think apple will let me? And if they do should I switch to the white?
I bought a clear case from amazon, it seems to have scratched the paint off my new black iphone 5 near the lock button. I bought the case to protect the phone, not scratch it! I was careful with the phone so dirt couldn't get trapped I there so I don't understand why it has scratched? Maybe a soft case would be better?
Iphone screen is black and the phone is turned on. Held down home and power buttons for 10 seconds, hooked it up to itunes. Says I need to enter the passcode, I can't see the key pad though. I have had it for a month and when I first got it, sometimes the screen would go black and the display is I pressed to the right of the home button would flicker on and off. I though it was a problem with the brightness control but yesterday the phone just went black. I know it is on because you can call it and answer the phone if you guess where the slider lock is. Do you think it is faulty hardware or display problems. What timeline do I have to tak it back to apple. So kind to help out. Look forward to hearing what you have to say.
URGENT ANSWERS? iPhone 5was knocked out of my hand onto the floor, had a silicone casing however the screen flickers when I touch it and all that comes up is a black or white screen. Only got the phone in January tried rebooting it and it's fine for a few minutes then goes back to white screen, how do I fix this?

I originally wanted a black iPhone 5 but was advised to get the white one because of "scuff-gate". I was wondering, will Apple send me a black iPhone 5 in exchange for my white one if I'm sending it in for a product replacement anyway?
The only thing that would change is the color, and I'll get a new serial number anyway.
Anyone have any thoughts?
When I took my iPhone and my sister's iphone I notice that he was a way more heavy than my sister's iphone. I thought that it was maybe the reason of the lots of reboots and bug that my iPhone 5 which has less than 3month make.
Thanks for your help!

I've had the phone for about 3 months.. Decided I really don't like it in black but no one I know will swap, is it likely that the apple store would swap it? It does have a few problems, such as freezing and restarting itself a lot but I never felt it would be good enough reason for them to swap the phone for a new one!
