Problems with receiving mail with IOS 7 and Office 365

With IOS7 i can't receive mail with my Office 365 account. I can send mail but i get errors like "autentfication error" and "can't connect to exchange". I spoke with Microsoft and after testing the solutions with them,  they believe that it's something wrong with the IOS7 version. Does someone else have this problem? Or know an solution for this?

Problems connecting Bluetooth headset to IOS 6.1.4 & 6.1.3

Hello everyone,

 

I recently picked up a Jabra Sport headset to use. The main device I had planned to use the headset with is my iPhone 5 (IOS 6.1.4). Currently I am unsuccessul connecting the device to any IOS 6.1.x devices (iPad & iPod Touch 4th Gen both at IOS 6.1.3).

 

The Jabra Sport actually connected with the iPhone 5 once but constantly disconnected. When the headset stayed connected to the iPhone 5, the connection seemed to degraded quickly. I attempted 'Forget this device' solution but since that one time, have been unable to pair the headset with the iPhone. The only device which the headset will connect with is an older Droid 2 phone. The headset connected easily to the device and played perfectly (tested until the headset ran out of power).

 

I have searched for solutions and have tried many which have been listed here in the Apple forums(network reset, remove all existing bluetooth profiles, device reboot, etc) but so far none have worked (when attempting to connect with Apple devices). The solution I haven't yet tried yet is a complete device reset and restore from backup. An entire reset of the device(s) seems to be overkill just to add one device (bluetooth keyboard and LG earpiece connect fine).

 

Since the Jabra Sport did successfully connect to the older Droid 2, it seems the device is not compatible with Apple IOS 6.x.x devices.

 

Any suggestions of what other steps could be taken to resolve the issue?

Any suggestions to for a compatiable bluetooth headset which can used during exercise and withstand sweat, rain, dust, etc?

I'm not the only one in our company experiencing this, so far i haven't heard of anyone with an iPhone 5 who is able to connect. I'm wondering if people in other companies that have Exchange 2003 also have the same issue or is this isolated to ours.

 

The errors i get are not being able to verify: "Unable to verify account information." This used to happen before but when i chose to save settings, it would usually work after a while. But this time, with the iPhone 5, i kept getting "Cannot Get Mail" "The connection to the server failed".

 

I did this with a restore from back up, and a wiped phone, same results. My colleague with a fresh out of the box phone with no previous IOS backups, also has the same errors.

 

So, anyone else still using Exchange 2003 and experiencing the issues?

IPhone 5 3 problems.

Hey guys

Ive had my IPhone 5 since the day it came out, so now it had started to have its problems, and more than one. Ive got three:

     - brightness turns down automatically to the point I cant see the screen and when I go back to settings the brightness bar is still up to to bright and I just have to touch it for it to come back to normal.   

      - When I call someone or when someone call me, the place where I should hear them talk back does not work, I have to hear them on the speaker.

     - When I charge my phone the lightning connector doesnt have a good connection and cuts out of charging looks like its lose.

Has anyone had one of these problems, and how was it fixed? or when you gave it to Apple, how long did it take to be fixed? or did you get a new IPhone?

Or feel free just to talk about what you think

iTunes Problems

So I've never had a problem with iTunes before. But lately it seems everything that could go wrong is. Not all my music, but a good portion of it is not on itunes. Meaning I need to download mixtapes from outside websites. Normally i can just drag and drop the albums with no problem. Now it seems that itunes likes to continuously delete these albums from my library but not my phone. Then once they're deleted I cant transfer them from my phone back to the library. It has began to be a maor hassle to just use itunes now. just wondering if there are any fixes for this without remaking my library or erasing everything by transferring purchases.

iPhone 5 wifi problems

I've had my iPhone 5 for about 4 months now and haven't had any problems until now. My wifi doesn't stay connected. It connects then disconnects and i have to go back into my wifi settings several times to be able to get it to connect. I know it's not my wifi because it's fine on my laptop as well as my husband's, mother in law's and father in law's (who also has an iphone 5 btw) phones. Any suggestions?

I plugged my phone into my computer to add the songs from my itunes to my new phone. When I plugged it in my computer said I needed to update iTunes on my phone. When I went to itunes on my phone & clicked the link to download the final "button" to click was greyed out & not available to push so I can't actually update iTunes. What am I supposed to do?????

wifi / cell service problems?

Hey,

 

So I have an iPhone 5. It's the 6.1.2 (10B146) version for Verzion. Here's my problem, whenever I'm connected to wifi I always loose my signal. For example I will be connected to my wifi for a good 2 minutes, then it will bounce back and fourth between 3G, a small circle, and LTE. It's been going on for about a week now and it's just becoming irritating because my messages are taking longer to send, and my iMessage is constantly bouncing between blue and green. I've tried resetting the network, rebooting my iPhone, turning on an off LTE. I just don't know if its the new iOS update, a Verzion issue or if my phone is defected. Any suggestions?

 

 

Oh and little extra information. My other apple products like my iPad and MacBook are connected to the wifi perfectly without the issue of loosing the connection.

iPhone 5 ringtone sync problems

I have an iPhone 5 with iOS 6 and it keeps reverting back to the default ringtones on a random basis instead of playing the custom ringtones that I have set up as my usual ringtone (or assigned to specific contacts).

I have iTunes set up to sync all tones so I can't figure out why this is happening. I Googled the issue and found a lot of complaints from back in 2008 when people were having trouble with MobileMe, but nothing for more recent iOS updates or the iPhone 5

iPhone 5 wireless problems

I've been having problems with my iPhone not connecting to my wifi when further than 10 ft away from the router. I've sent my phone in to Apple and they said nothing was wrong with it, yet, it still doesn't work. I have a Belkin N300 router that I got a few months ago and I've tried setting I could think of. There is no security settings enabled either. Anyone have suggestions or similar problems?

I have bought Plantronics Legend bluetooth headset and trying to use with iPhone 5. Listening podcast, music etc. works fine but phone calls are terrible. Legend disconnects during calls. This happened many times and I am really frustrated now. I upgraded the firmware and I still have the same problem. after I talk about few minutes, it mutes itself. I can not hear the otherside even though they hear me a few more minutes and disconnects the call itself.

 

I created a support ticket at Plantroinics tech support department.  here is what they say;

"We are aware that some iPhone5/iOS 6 users have reported Bluetooth problems with headsets manufactured by various companies. We are currently working with Apple to learn more and better understand and resolve any potential issues."

 

is this a common iPhone -5 problem?  has anyone had better experince with iPhone?  and which blootooth headset you are using ?

I really appreciate your advice.  I do not care the cost that much I just need a good working bloototh headset for my iPhone that I can make phone calls without any problem.  Thanks in advance,

Iphone 5 (For Sprint) signal and message problems.

Why does my iphone 5 (Sprint) constantly not sennd texts and signal goes in and out alot?  Love the phone and dont wanna have to get rid of it so is there a way to resolve this problem? Also the LTE is on but still only shows 3g at the top of the screen.
