Something loose in new iPhone 5

I received my iPhone 5 today and noticed that something is rattling inside when I shake the phone. Sounds like the battery.

I found the following listed in my mac desk top-"radio1340180842.asx" I know it has something to do with radio but what? I don't listen to radio. It's not for app like spybubble is it?

There's a purple spot (not the purple haze) on the camera no matter where I point it. It doesn't look like something on the lens. Could it be something else?

i cant send SMS without writing something in the subject field

whenever i want to send a SMS i need to fill both subject field and text message field becaue if I don't it won't send it,i Dont really care when it come to sending text message to iphone but when im sending a SMS to phones who support Android they can't see the text message, just the subject field.

can you give some tips on how i can solve this "can't send a SMS without a subject" thing?
