Siri comes on during music, music speeds up

Hey there,

 

I just recently started adding music onto my iPhone 5 and 90% of the time, every time I insert the headphones, about a minute into the song, Siri will pop on for no reason and then the song will speed up very rapidly. I have no idea what is causing this, it is VERY irritating. Any idea how I can make it stop?
