My laptop got restored so i lost all my music, photos, etc. Can I possibly transfer music from my iPhone to iTunes?

Is there any possible way I can transfer my music and photos from my iPhone to my now new iTunes which has nothing on it.

 

I dont want to lose my photos or music.

 

There must be a way.
