I Have an iphone 5 16gb white which i purchased on contract on the 21st march 2013 i didnt purchase insurance sadly, since the 20th may 2013 i have been getting problems with my iphone, the screen or the buttons would not respond i have tried holding the lock and middle button down eventhough that fixes it at that time the problem then occurs once again at times the screen would just go white and therefore i restored my os system and now it still happens i would like to know if i take it into an apple store would they replace it for me? or would i have to send it in for repair as i need my phone for business
