Unable to make purchase for Zynga Poker

Hi guys,

 

I have just restore mky iPhone 5, running ios 6.1.3 now.

 

I am unable to make purchase from my iphone of zynga poker app.

 

It says "Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed".

 

May I know what can I do to resolve this?
